Materials: high quality cold rolling steel plate, positive tolerance, The thickness of enclosure is 1.5mm, the trikcness of door is 1.5mm-2.0mm, the trickness of mounting plate is 2.0mm to 3.0 mm ( according to the size of enclosure). Stainless steel pruduction adopt brushed stainless steel plate.
Surface finish：Enclosure and cover are dealed with by 12 Pre-treatment process such as acid washing, phosphating,
,wax removing,washing, purifying and ect. Then Electrostatic spraying dipcoat, plastic-sprayed surface in texrure RAL7032. Customer could choose color. Mounting plate and wall hook are blue-white zinc plated. Zinc layer is 6-7 um. No scratch and smooth. Corrosion protection and sun protection. Applied to wet hot climate.
